Job Description:

  • 5+ yrs of Experience in managing, operating, and running incident management and team management for in-house customers
  • Overall responsibility on Incident management
  • Overall responsibility on meeting up SLA defined and ensuring Quality delivery
  • Reports to IT Security Committee and periodic reviews with the committee
  • Review changes to the process / procedures / formats and get approval the same
  • Recommending the annual training calendar for all SOC team members
  • Responsible for smooth and efficient incident management operation
  • Resource management
  • Shift schedule management
  • Good communication and inter-personal relationship skills
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Experience in information security operations
