Services Provided

Adiroha provides cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to:

• VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
• Compliance & certification support
• Risk advisory & governance
• Security monitoring & assessment
• Cybersecurity consulting services

Each engagement will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Use of the Website

You may use our website to learn about our services, submit inquiries, and download public resources. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Misuse website features;
• Upload malicious files or harmful content;
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission;
• Use the website for illegal or unethical activities.

Confidentiality

Information shared with Adiroha for service delivery — including business data, infrastructure details, security logs, or compliance records — is handled with strict confidentiality. We will:

• Maintain confidentiality during and after engagement;
• Use data solely to provide requested services;
• Implement security measures aligned with global standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).

A separate NDA may be executed where required.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use third-party platforms for analytics, hosting, security scanning, and communication. Third-party vendors maintain their own terms and privacy policies. Adiroha is not responsible for failures or behavior of third-party services beyond our control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on https://adiroha.com — text, images, graphics, logos, reports, assessments, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Adiroha or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or resell our content without prior written permission.

Engagement & Payment Terms

Engagements are governed by proposals, SoWs and MSAs. Clients agree to:

• Pay invoices per agreed timelines;
• Provide accurate information;
• Facilitate access to systems required for assessments.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, withholding of reports, or termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adiroha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, loss of revenue or data, or attacks that occur after an assessment is delivered. Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services under dispute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adiroha and its employees harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or breaches of law.

Service Reports & Deliverables

Reports and deliverables are intended solely for the contracting organization, are not transferable, and are valid only at the time of assessment. Clients are responsible for timely remediation of findings.

Termination

We may terminate services or access if Terms are violated, false information is provided, payments are not completed, or activities pose security/legal risks. Clients may terminate services as per contract terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless specified otherwise in a contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be available at https://adiroha.com/terms-of-service/. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
