FAQ

Common questions

How often should we run a tabletop exercise?

At least annually, and after major changes to your team, technology or threat landscape.

Are you ISO 22301 qualified?

Our leadership includes certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditors, who lead continuity engagements.

What is the difference between RTO and RPO?

RTO (recovery time objective) is how quickly a service must be restored. RPO (recovery point objective) is how much data loss is acceptable, measured in time.

What should we do in the first hour of a cyber incident?

Contain the issue, preserve evidence, inform your incident lead and follow your playbook. If you don't have one, that's the place to start.

Does an IR retainer cover CERT-In reporting?

We can support you in preparing and submitting CERT-In incident reports within the required timelines.
