Is training live or online?
Both. We run live sessions (on-site or virtual) and provide self-paced modules through Cydital.
Does this satisfy audit requirements?
Yes. ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and several Indian regulators require security awareness training with records, which we provide.
How long are the training sessions?
Live sessions usually run 45–90 minutes. Self-paced modules are short, typically 10–20 minutes each.
Can training be customised for our company?
Yes. We use your policies, real examples from your industry and, where useful, your own tools and processes.
How do you measure whether training works?
Through completion rates, quiz results and phishing simulation trends over time — especially how many employees report suspicious emails.
Do you run phishing simulations?
Yes, through our Phishing Simulator, with follow-up training for employees who click.
