Red Teaming

A red team exercise tests whether your organisation can detect and respond to a determined attacker — not just whether vulnerabilities exist. We agree objectives with leadership, then pursue them the way a real adversary would.

Why teams choose Adiroha

  • Manual-first testing, not scanner dumps
  • OSCP, OSWE and CEH certified testers
  • Findings mapped to ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI DSS controls
  • Retest and closure letter to prove fixes

FAQ

Common questions

Who knows the exercise is happening?

Only a small control group agreed with leadership, so the exercise tests real detection and response.

Is red teaming right for us?

Red teaming suits organisations with established security controls and a monitoring capability. If you're earlier in the journey, a penetration test is usually the better start.

How long does a red team exercise take?

Typically four to eight weeks, depending on objectives and scope. Longer exercises allow for more realistic, low-and-slow tactics.

How is red teaming different from a penetration test?

A penetration test finds as many vulnerabilities as possible in a defined scope. A red team pursues specific objectives with stealth, testing your detection and response.

What is a purple team debrief?

A session where our red team and your defenders walk through the attack together, so your team can improve detections using what actually happened.
